As a credit union, we’re governed by a Board of Directors and the Audit & Risk Committee. Members of the Board of Directors and Audit & Risk Committee donate valuable time and personal experience to help our organization be the best it can be.
The Board of Directors works together to provide strategic direction for Red Rocks and to provide all members with the best products and services available.
The Audit & Risk Committee ensures an annual examination of Red Rocks CU books and affairs is conducted.

Joeri Carty is the Executive Director IT Nuclear for NextEra Energy. He joined the Company in January 1996. Joeri is responsible for all aspects of Nuclear IT operations, including infrastructure and system support, work management system and work applications. He also is in charge of the nuclear cyber program and all the innovation for the fleet including Remote Operated Vehicles used at the sites.
Joeri has over 28 years’ experience in the power industry leading resources to achieve significant results. He is passionate about developing people and driving Innovation. Joeri is a certified Executive and Leadership coach.
Joeri is a certified Six Sigma Master Blackbelt. He holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a Master Business Administration degree, both from the University of Florida.
Tiffany Watts, CPA, is a Managing Director at CX, a Connor Group company, where she leads with a focus on excellence and inspiration. With a proven track record of growing revenue for the Denver office at Siegfried and overseeing an accounting team at DCP Midstream, Tiffany brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight into her role. Tiffany's passion for helping and inspiring people to reach their full potential drives her professional endeavors. Her leadership style emphasizes empowerment and innovation, fostering a collaborative environment where her team can thrive. Outside of her professional life, Tiffany is an avid mountain biker and runner, finding joy and balance in outdoor activities. Her commitment to both her career and personal interests reflects her dynamic and driven nature.
Julie Mensing has served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Tallgrass since 2020. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting and reporting, as well as financial planning and analysis. Prior to joining Tallgrass, Ms. Mensing worked for DCP Midstream for 8 years in various accounting leadership roles. Ms. Mensing began her career in public accounting, first at Arthur Andersen, then at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Ms. Mensing is a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, where she earned a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Ms. Mensing lives in Denver and also serves on the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Andrea Price is the owner of Price & Co. Real Estate, a boutique real estate firm based in South Denver. With extensive experience in residential and commercial sales, she has also specialized in REO (foreclosure) sales and disposition, managing properties for over ten of the nation’s largest servicers. Her expertise spans tenant management, property rehabilitation and commercial leasing. She specializes in farm and ranch and enjoys selling horse properties to her equestrians. In addition to her hands-on work, Andrea is committed to mentoring and training new agents, ensuring they meet compliance standards and grow their portfolios.
Recognized for her achievements, Andrea has been awarded the South Metro Denver Board of Realtors Diamond Circle Award for several years. She is on the Board of Directors for the South Metro Denver Board of Realtors.
A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder (2010) with a B.A. in Political Science, Andrea holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and is pursuing the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, underscoring her commitment to continuous education and professional excellence.
In her spare time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and running her hobby farm of horses, cattle, goats and alpaca based in Parker.
Joe Massaquoi has served on the board of RRCU since January 2022. He is a seasoned global finance leader with over 25 years of experience as a growth-oriented CFO, strategy executive, and investment banker advising corporations in capital-intensive and highly regulated industries. Through Traverse Meridian Group, a firm he founded, Joe provides strategic CFO services to growth-stage private companies. Previously as CFO of Colorado-based Boom Supersonic, he grew teams responsible for financial oversight and capital allocation, and nurtured key investor & stakeholder relationships.
Over the course of his career, he has enabled over $37 billion in external capital infusion into private and public companies, guided the establishment of seven strategic joint ventures, and executed over 40 M&A domestic and cross-border transactions. Internationally, he has lived, worked, and completed project assignments in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Joe earned a B.S. in Physics from Morehouse College, with Phi Beta Kappa honors and as the top-ranked graduate in his major. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. In addition to RRCU, Joe serves on board of Colorado-headquartered DHI Group, Inc. (NYSE:DHX), where he is a member of the Audit Committee.
Agnes Tuttle is the Vice President of Global HR for a large global manufacturing company, headquartered in Denver. She supports the Executive team and their teams around the world.
Agnes began her HR career as the HR Manager of a local car dealership group. She spent 3 years with the group, growing the company by 300% and expanding their locations to 4 states and over 21 brands. She then transitioned to work for a global advanced materials company based in Cleveland and got the opportunity to move to Colorado as part of the integration team for an acquisition they made.
Agnes was born in Bordeaux, France and spent most of her early childhood in Normandy. Her family relocated to Cleveland, Ohio and became home for the next 10 years. She achieved her Bachelor’s degree in Business at Wake Forest University and her Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations at Cleveland State University.
