Board of Directors

Joeri Carty, Chairman
Joeri Carty is the Executive Director of IT Nuclear at NextEra Energy, overseeing nuclear IT operations, cybersecurity, and innovation, including Remote Operated Vehicles. With over 28 years in the power industry, he is passionate about leadership development and technological advancement.
Joeri holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering and an MBA from the University of Florida. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Blackbelt and an Executive and Leadership Coach.

Tiffany Watts, Vice Chair
Tiffany Watts, CPA, is a Managing Director at CX, a Connor Group company, where she focuses on driving strategic growth and team development. With previous leadership experience at Siegfried and DCP Midstream, she brings a strong background in accounting and business strategy.
Passionate about mentorship and innovation, Tiffany fosters an empowering and collaborative professional environment. Outside of work, she enjoys mountain biking and running, balancing her career with her love for the outdoors.

Julie Mensing, Treasurer
Julie Mensing is Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Tallgrass, where she oversees accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis. Prior to Tallgrass, she held leadership roles at DCP Midstream and began her career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
A Certified Public Accountant, Julie earned both her Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. She lives in Denver and serves on the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Andrea Price, Secretary
Andrea Price is the owner of Price & Co. Real Estate, a boutique firm specializing in residential, commercial, and REO sales. She has extensive experience in property rehabilitation, tenant management, and commercial leasing, with a particular focus on equestrian and ranch properties.
Andrea is a multi-year recipient of the South Metro Denver Board of Realtors Diamond Circle Award and serves on its Board of Directors. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, and is pursuing the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) certification. In her free time, she enjoys life on her hobby farm in Parker with her husband.

Joe Massaquoi
Joe Massaquoi is a seasoned global finance leader with over 25 years of experience as a CFO, strategy executive, and investment banker. He founded Traverse Meridian Group, providing strategic CFO services to growth-stage companies. Previously, as CFO of Boom Supersonic, he led financial oversight, capital allocation, and investor relations.
Throughout his career, Joe has facilitated over $37 billion in capital infusions, structured seven strategic joint ventures, and completed more than 40 M&A transactions. He holds a B.S. in Physics from Morehouse College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. In addition to
RRCU, he serves on the board of DHI Group, Inc. (NYSE: DHX).

Agnes Tuttle
Agnes Tuttle is Vice President of Global HR for a multinational manufacturing company
headquartered in Denver, supporting executive leadership and teams worldwide. She began her HR career managing a rapidly expanding automotive group before transitioning to a global advanced materials company.
Born in Bordeaux, France, and raised in Normandy and Cleveland, Agnes earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Wake Forest University and a Master’s in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University.
Senior Leadership Team

Darius Wise, President & CEO
Darius Wise is the President and CEO of Red Rocks Credit Union, leading the growth and expansion of this premier Colorado financial institution. Since joining in December 2019, he has held various executive roles, including Chief Impact Officer and President/COO, where he developed innovative strategies to improve operational profitability. Wise brings more than 20 years of experience in business transformation and organizational growth, successfully implementing strategic initiatives that enhance member services and drive brand advancement as an executive for non-profit and charitable organizations. He holds a bachelor's degree from Morris Brown College and studied Intercultural Leadership, along with certifications in leadership and fintech from MIT and Cornell University. In addition to his role at Red Rocks, he serves on the Board of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies and as an Advisory Board Member for the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business.

Tim Janvrin, SVP of Lending
As the Senior Vice President of Lending at Red Rocks Credit Union, Tim Janvrin oversees the security and profitability of the lending portfolio. He collaborates closely with the Retail team to develop competitively priced loan products that meet the needs of the membership. Additionally, he works alongside the Director of Lending and Collections to ensure a consistent, repeatable loan origination process while implementing strategies to support members facing financial hardship and mitigate charge-offs.
With over two decades of experience in the credit union industry, Tim has held lending leadership roles at several Colorado credit unions, including Ent, Bellco, Canvas, and Climb. Since 2001, he has been dedicated to creating lending solutions that balance financial responsibility with member-focused service.

Amanda Kobza, SVP of Finance
As the Senior Vice President of Finance at Red Rocks Credit Union, Amanda Kobza brings extensive experience in financial strategy and oversight. With a strong focus on fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth, Amanda ensures the credit union’s financial health while supporting its long-term goals.
With 20 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, Amanda has worked with credit unions of varying sizes, from $40 million to $2 billion in assets. Her expertise spans financial management, risk assessment, and strategic planning, contributing to the success and stability of each institution she has served.

Josh Henderson, SVP of IT
As the Senior Vice President of IT at Red Rocks Credit Union, Josh Henderson leads the organization’s technology strategy, ensuring innovation, security, and efficiency in all digital operations. With a passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth, he focuses on optimizing core processing, online banking, payment systems, and business intelligence while maintaining strong data security and regulatory compliance.
With over 22 years of experience in FinTech, Josh previously served as Vice President of IT at Climb Credit Union, where he played a key role in scaling the organization from $350 million to $650 million in assets. A Colorado native, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as exploring the outdoors.
