If you used our previous digital banking platform and are the primary account owner, follow these steps to access your new digital banking experience.

You're all set! Welcome to your upgraded digital banking experience.
When you log in for the first time, you'll notice a cleaner, more personalized dashboard that brings all of your accounts together in one convenient place.
With a single login, you can:
• View all of your eligible accounts in one dashboard.
• Easily navigate between checking, savings, loans, and credit cards.
• Access your financial information faster with an intuitive layout.
Personalize your dashboard so it works the way you do.
You can:
• Rename accounts (for example, "Everyday Checking").
• Reorder accounts to prioritize the ones you use most.

Your new dashboard brings everything together in one place. You can rename accounts (like "Everyday Checking"), reorder them by priority, and hide ones you don't use often. Take a minute to organize it, since it’ll make everyday banking even faster.
Link external accounts
Want to see all your finances in one place? You can connect accounts from other banks and credit unions directly to your Red Rocks Credit Union dashboard. There are three ways to do it:
1. Option 1 (Recommended): Sign in using your other institution's credentials by clicking Get Started under Link External Accounts. This is the fastest option, and transfers are available immediately.
2. Option 2: Manually enter your routing and account numbers. Verification takes up to three business days.
3. Option 3: Connect directly to another Red Rocks Credit Union member's account for easy transfers between members.
Review your scheduled transfers and Bill Pay
Your existing scheduled payments and transfers should carry over, but it's worth double-checking everything in the Transfer & Pay section after your first login (especially Bill Pay) to make sure nothing is missed.
Your username stays the same. You'll be asked to reset your password on your first login, and you're welcome to use your current one if you'd like.
Pro tip: Enable Face ID or fingerprint login in the mobile app for faster, secure access.
You can log in from anywhere—desktop, tablet, or the mobile app—whatever works best for you. No need to download a new app, as it will update automatically on October 20. If your apps don't auto-update, just tap to update manually.
For new mobile banking users, search RRCU or Red Rocks Credit Union in your app store to download.
If you share an account with a primary owner and can't see your card, you'll need to register your own login as a Joint Account Owner. Follow the Joint Account Owner steps above, and you'll have full access to your card controls right away.
