Red Rocks CU Survey Finds Many Coloradans Traveling Less This Summer

A recent Red Rocks Credit Union survey found that rising living costs are driving many Coloradans to scale back summer travel. Nearly 60% plan to travel less than last year, with gas prices cited as the biggest obstacle. Lower-income households and millennials are the most affected, while those who are traveling are more likely to take affordable trips within Colorado rather than fly elsewhere.
