Am I really a member if I came through Upstart?

Yes! When you received your loan, you became a member and an owner of Red Rocks Credit Union. That means you have access to all of our products and support, just like any other member who joined online or in person.

Do I need to do anything now that I have a loan with Red Rocks Credit Union?

You’re already a member! There’s nothing required to keep your membership active. That said, many members choose to open checking or savings accounts to make everyday banking easier and take full advantage of member benefits.
